Have you got ideas for community development projects? - Closing Date: 24th April, 2019

Offaly County Council is seeking to engage with community groups to bring forward ideas for physical improvement and / or increasing the economic potential of towns and villages. 

In anticipation of the next phase of the Town and Village Renewal Scheme (2019), the Council is seeking details of potential projects which may be considered under this scheme.

While the criteria of the 2019 scheme have yet to be launched, it is likely that projects which could deliver an economic benefit to towns and villages may receive preference for funding.

For reference, the central aim of the scheme in 2018, administered by the Department of Rural and Community Development was to increase the attractiveness of towns/villages, enhance the towns/villages environment and amenities and promote the towns/villages potential for tourism.
