Membership of PPN is open to all groups and organisations active in Offaly that fulfill the criteria outlined below.
In relation to election of the PPN representatives for various bodies, member organisations when joining the PPN at a county level must be part of the three Electoral colleges within the PPN – Social Inclusion, Environmental, Community & Voluntary.
